If you set Analog as master device, the game will output 6 channel sound stream to analog sound device.
If you use SPDIF as Master sound device, this game only outputs 2 channel stereo sound. I used optical SPDIF to connect my headset decoder box. My sound card is Creative X-Fi Titanium HD professional. And it also can add dobly prologic II effect to 2 channel stereo sound.
And there is a decoder box connects the headset, it supports dolby digital 5.1, 2.0 decode. Just got my real 5.1 headset which has 8 speaks correspoding the front L,R, rear L,R, center L,R, sub L,R.
